Today we read about the color purple. We also learned about the author of the book. At the beginning of the class, we did a Kahoot for extra credit. After we learned about the author we started to read the book. The book is kind of disturbing. As we read the book we analyzed the letters. 

Today we had to use 5 of our  vocabulary words in a sentence and since  I missed yesterday I had to copy down the vocabulary and do all the exercises. We also talked about an argumentative essay. After that, we wrote the beginning of an argumentative essay.

I want here yesterday or Monday I think 

This poem makes you read between the lines. You have to know the differences between the 3 heavens. Like heaven is the clouds, Heaven is the place, heavens is the universe, stars, planets, etc.

Today we got up in front of the class and read our poem. Some of them was interesting. I really liked maritza’s she talked about how her dream was becoming a artist she even had some of her drawings  on the side of her paper
